Herbert A. Jensen

Profile:

     Herb obtained his Bachelors Degree from the University of Evansville in 1969 and his Law Degree from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 1975.  In between the University of Evansville and Law School, Herb served in the United States Marine Corp.  Upon returning to Indianapolis, he accepted a commission in the Army and served in the Indiana National Guard.  Prior to being admitted to the Bar, he worked through the Law School’s legal intern programs, at the Marion County Juvenile Court and the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office.  After Law School, Herb stayed with the Prosecutor’s Office serving on the Official Corruption Strike Force and supervising the Deceptive Practice Prosecution Team.  He then worked a year for the Indiana Public Defender Council and began private practice full time in 1978.  Jensen & Associates was started by Herb in 1983.  Herb’s civic and community work is set forth below.  Herb has been married forty years and has eight children and four grandchildren. He currently attends First Church of the Nazarene, Indianapolis, with his family and serves as a member of the church Board.  Throughout his years in the legal profession, Herb has helped businesses in every aspect of their development and is committed to helping his clients grow.  Herb also works with individual clients on a personal basis helping them through divorces, legal separations, personal legal issues, estate planning, probate and related needs.

• Coached youth baseball and still coaches soccer
